Potatoes cooked with a blend of spices.

Tangy and spicy - tender pieces of chicken with chopped tomatoes and onion.

Main

SAGRANA CHICKEN

Traditional Bangladeshi special occasion dish:  a whole chicken, marinated overnight in choice Indian spices including fresh ginger, garlic and coriander, then oven cooked till tender.

Served with gisi aloo (roasted potatoes) and eggs in a spiced dressing.

LAMB HARIYALI

Tender pieces of lamb cooked in a unique hot green sauce made of coriander, green peppers and chillies.

AKHANI PILAU RICE

Traditional Bangladeshi dessert - paneer balls soaked in light sugar syrup.

Lean cuts of Scots lamb marinated in ginger and mustard, charcoal roasted for an exotic flavour.

SALMON TIKKA

Succulent pieces of fresh salmon marinated in a blend of spices and herbs roasted in charcoal oven then cooked in a mild sauce.

KARAHI CHICKEN

Tender chicken, with blend of spices, prepared in a traditional cast iron karahi.

ADRAKI GOBI

Side dish of cauliflower cooked with fresh ginger.

KASHMIRI PILAU RICE

Mashed potato, cottage cheese, spinach and spices shaped into balls, grilled on a skewer and served with a piquant tamarind sauce.

DUM ALOO BHAJ PURI

Potatoes stuffed with cottage cheese, peanuts* and other dried nuts, chopped onions and chillies, then fried; served with medium/hot sauce.

NAVRATAN KORMA

Nine different seasonal vegetables and fruits cooked in a mild creamy sauce.
