Wednesday Wanderlust

The chefs of Britannia Spice are busy preparing for an autumn extravaganza. Diners will have the opportunity to explore the cuisine of Asia, with the restaurant's special chefs who are experts in Thai, Bangladeshi, Indian and Nepali cuisine. They will create exclusive menus reflecting the cuisine of the countries Britannia Spice specialises in.

The Wednesday Wanderlust menu will feature food from Nepal and Bangladesh one week, and Thailand and India the next throughout October and November. To launch the special menus, Katebur Rahman, Bangladesh's Assistant High Commissioner to the UK, will be guest of honour at the launch party on Sunday 2 October.

Dr Uddin, the chairman and chief executive of Britannia Spice, said: "We like our customers to try the specialities of these exotic countries and this is a perfect opportunity for us to guide them on their voyage of discovery. Each week, our chef will put together a menu that will both surprise and delight the taste buds. This is the perfect tonic for an autumn evening."
